Initiate Your Request
Log into your WishingGoat account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.
Prepare the Package
Carefully pack your home goods in their original protective wrap and shipping box to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse without damage.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
